I did this a while ago...its my cars rear parcel shelf made out of custom wood with 12inch sub mounted on it, the artwork is a mash up of a couple of wallpapers, digitally printed onto vinyl with the centre piece stuck onto a aluminium disk supported on 2inch posts above speaker
